Our Promise to You
- You may change the dates of your new or existing charter, if your trip was interrupted due to either of our qualifying reasons related to COVID-19.*
Qualifying Reasons:
- We have confirmed that we are unable to operate your holiday due to local government restrictions.
- You are unable to reach your destination due to confirmed border closures or if your Foreign Office (or equivalent Government department) advises against ‘all but essential travel’ to your booked destination AND such measures or advice is confirmed to still be in place on your date of departure This would only be permitted within 21 days of departure. For example, the CDC changes a destination to a level 4 within 21 days of departure
- You may opt to receive a refund credit for the full charter amount, which will be valid for any departure within 12 months from your original departure date*
- You will receive a refund credit if we have to cancel your charter for any qualifying reason* relating to COVID-19 providing you have paid your balance in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- You can apply your refund credit toward a charter in any of our worldwide destinations providing your balance is paid in full* Travel restrictions may apply.
*Please note: The Book with Confidence flexible rebooking policy cannot be applied to partner bases, such as: Italy, Florida, Whitsundays, Tonga.
